Recently I sat down with Jake Wareing of Wareing’s Gym. Jake and his family have owned and operated a gym in Virginia Beach since 1960. Wareing’s Gym is a landmark of my hometown and it was really special to share my story on “Where The Beach Gets Fit” podcast.
